Uh.. a cowboy speedster? The speed aspect could just be represented by the travel power(s) used, I guess. What other Muni powers do you want- shotgun and dual pistols?
I dunno why you selected the Support role again. I'm guessing you don't actually want to play it more like a support (it also means quite lower dps overall), and you won't be able to use a dps passive in Support role anyways. Composure is okay, though for ranged tech builds Targeting Comp is still the better passive for dps.

Bullet Hail is the main AoE, while TGM is the main single-target attack. Shotgun can be tapped to quickly put up Armor Piercing, and used if you want some AoE CC. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.
So sorry to do this, but I cannot open a new post in this forum, even after a week of waiting, I don't know whats going on. And I guess your Question got answered, so I'll try to do it this way:
I'm returning to the game after a very, very long hiatus and I have no Idea what is going on anymore. Back in the day I played a power armor guy, who was NOT very optimized - Ubreakable and bionic shielding saved my bacon more than once. This time I want to do it right and retcon out of power armor.
The theme for the build would be a WH40K inquisitor type of character, so basically: -Telekinetic (or force, the knockback is the important thing) -Swordsmanship -Pistols -Hybrid, mosty soloing stuff
Throwing stuff around with the power of my mind as in Telekinesis (the power) would me nice too, but i dont know how valid this powerchoice is.
I love the freeform system to pieces, but I honestly don't even know where to start. Is a build like this even possible? Please help, I'm sitting in the powerhouse, completely unable to choose.

Well, knockback is a bit counterproductive to builds that have some melee; I usually wouldn't mix those two things in CO. TK Wave has an adv that can knock enemies in instead, though, which is nice for any melee follow-ups. Also, I assume you want an physical sword and not a TK one. Telekinesis (the power) is a bit better now that it was revamped, but its still kinda situational. An example build for mixing those sets:
If you wanted TK (the power) for theme, you could maybe replace Holdout, Imbue, or the self-res w/ it. The build does the normal SB thing when close-up of building bleeds (mainly w/ Reaper's Caress) and rupturing them w/ Reaper's Embrace. At range, you can use Bullet Hail for wider AoE (which can also bleed w/ the adv). Holdout can also be used for an extra self-heal, and to ground flying enemies. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and End (and some cost discount on gear).
Warden Mastery is good here for heavy use of Reaper's Caress, though Dex Mastery is also fine for a more general dps choice (and then you don't need to gear for crit severity).
Just wanted to come back real fast and thank you again. The Build absoluteley wrecks everything. I feel like I have infinite energy, infinite damage and infinite survivability. Well, my other builds were always kinda crappy, so it could well be, that I am just playing the first real build of my Champions-Life... But still, thank you. I am playing the power fantasy I always wanted, with the flair I always wanted.
And thank you to luumina, for giving me a plattform to ask stuff while I couldn't open new posts.
