Enrage's advantage Endorphin Rush is dependant on the color of the power that procc-ed it instead of the color of Enrage.
Example you tint Uppercut yellow, you get a yellow regen hue
You tint Haymaker blue, you get a blue regen hue
You leave your Massacre default, you get the green regen hue
