Did 'Architect and the covenant' but didn't get 'Subterranean Hideout Blueprints'.

I got 'Architect and the covenant' from Microman but when I went to Matt Brady and completed the mission he didn't give me 'Subterranean Hideout Blueprints'. I've already done "Memorial Park Peacekeeping" and "Artifact of the Annihilation" and I know it isn't bugged because my friend got it the day before. Thanks.

    BTW I mean the 'Subterranean Hideout Blueprints' follow up mission; it's not an item.
