Wind and Lightning Ranged Damage

I had this character that was almost entirely wind based and relied on Wind Reverberation. It seemed kind of weak (other than blasting Typhoon) and there just aren't a lot of powers to go with in the Wind Framework. So I am trying to rebuild it to use Wind and power off of Electricity, specifically Ionic Reverberation, since it seems easier to build energy from.

I have other electric focused builds, so I am trying to keep it as much wind as I can, yet have enough hit and sustained damage via the electric framework.

Any advice on the build would be appreciated. Thanks

You don't have a way to apply superconductor (normally done with the advantage of the same name on lightning arc). You're going to have energy issues because you need to use thunderstrike or electrical current to feed ionic reverb. Might try something like

Hm, though I'd favor Panta's edit here, both builds lack a toggle/form atm. I'm unsure if it was intended to take Conc/CF or Power Source (I assume the latter). The Power Source setup can work, and Ball Lit is a good pick for that on top of the debuffs it helps with. Also, I'd prob max Mass Destruction instead of Focused Strikes here, and maybe get 3/3 in Find the Mark.

Oh yeah, I failed to notice that lack. There are a number of powers that are duplicative and could be removed to fit in a form, I was trying minimal changes (all that changed was electric current and thunderstrike to chain lightning and ball lightning, and power order).

Fair enough. Also I forgot to mention that if using Power Source and Ionic Reverb then you may want to take Hurricane's special adv. Ball Lit can proc stuff in the background, but it can be nice for the pbAoE to also do it innately for ease-of-use. Testing in the PH, the End version w/ Power Source and Ball Lit can work w/ Typhoon spam, but energy is still pretty tight even w/ ~530 End and cost discount gear.

Yea Updraft prob, assuming you want to keep the AO and self-res. Updraft can provide some single-target CC here, but its not too important in of itself.
