2nd device tray for non-combat devices

Any chance we could get a 2nd device tray for teleport devices, fun/joke devices, stars, etc so we don't have to keep swapping them around?

They allmost killed the game when they went and changed the Gear slots...
And it's been told over and over that we won't be getting more Device slots.
So, maybe one day....

Out of combat you can change builds pretty fast. And devices don't go on cooldown when swapped in and out like that.
