Need help with my Bullet Ballet Batalion

I have three character that used Bullet Ballet and would like some help improving them if needed. Builds are based on forums and some changes when playing them. I am sorry for not stating Contributor but thank you. I have enjoyed the character butt always looking for some improvements..

They will be used for Events / Vigilance / and some cosmic fights. Looking for DPSers with enough energy to do the DPSing...

    Four BB toons? Geez..
    I guess I'll touch on each briefly.

    The first build looks okay overall as a variant, though Uppercut seems to be a bit extraneous (if you wanted a knock for more CC, mine as well take Dragon Uppercut, since you could also nab Rush). You'd also prob get more mileage from Warden Mastery than from Str Mastery for BB (esp if not using a Str toggle).

    The 2nd build is also okay as another variant, though you may want a diff self-res than Rebirth as a dps w/ weaker self-healing. BB also is classed as AoE, so it won't benefit from Finishing Blow in Brawler (though DW and Exec Shot will).

    For the 3rd build, I'd prob still get the special adv on BB, esp since that build (like the 2nd one) doesn't really have much AoE outside of that. You may want to also consider getting a block enhancer. I prob also would get 3/3 Mass Destruction over other picks like Initiative in Vind for BB (and Burst Shot) being an AoE. Flanking is also good in Brawler (unless playing solo and you can't easily flank enemies).

    For the 4th off-tank build, it is lacking a ranked block enhancer (maybe nix the self-res for one and carry some Recovery packs, and/or nix R1 LnL). You may have an easier time tagging scattered mobs w/ Lead Tempest's large pbAoE than w/ Bullet Hail. Assuming BB is your main attack (and not DW) then I'd prob move Challenge over to BB. I may consider Rec SS if taking Con PSS, though Str SS is okay for adding melee dmg if you don't have energy issues. Other option is to choose Str PSS in a STR/Dex/Con build w/ 3/3 Juggernaut, and maybe talent for more Rec (and snag Physical Peak). I may also consider getting a 2nd AD.

    Well, its not too much diff, so much of what I said before still applies. I would prob remove R3 of Resurgence, since its mroe likely to be over-heal. Again, I'd prob add Challenge to BB if its your main attack here. R2 of Burst Shot also isn't really important if its used to debuff and give Furious. Any free adv point could rank up a travel power too. I'd prob also add a 2nd AD, and/or a ranked block enhancer to it still. Protector spec is good if you want to be more survivable over Vindicator, though its less dps. I guess some of the choices depend on how much you value the tanking part vs the dps part for an off-tank.

    Based on the two versions of Steel Viper, what is the best of both worlds to make a survivable Off-Tank. I am having a slight problem deciding what to drop/change. I feel (with my play style), I am looking for a more survivable off tank than a TANKING Off Tank, if you know what I mean.....
