Easy Builds for Fast Solo Leveling

Here are some easy-to-play builds that will help you level characters quickly. I use these builds to have a roster of level 40 placeholders until I get excited enough about a particular concept or mechanic to retcon them into chars I'll play. None of these are intentionally thematic...they are purely intended to be for characters that are a blank slate until they hit 40.
These are leveling builds so you will want to retcon them once you're 40. For ideas on level 40 builds see the links in my sig.
The builds have the following main objectives:
1. solo mobs groups quickly: strong AoEs + offensive passive + damage role
2. easily survive large mob pulls on your own: con ss + bulwark from protector spec + 2 active defenses
3. no need for energy management even with bad gear: rec ss + great energy unlocks
Gear for all builds: split evenly between DEX and CON. Have a little bit of REC at the start. You can use green-quality gear and still do fine with these builds.
Rotation for all builds: run to the mobs and use your AoE attack until they all die.
