We need a 50's/60's style round flying saucer. We already have the retro sci-fi costume and the 60's moon base. I need the vehicle to go along with it that has spinning lights/rings and the eerie ufo sound they use in movies.

Yes this is surprising and obvious. I dreamed of tractor beams when we first discussed vehicles all those years ago. Add this vehicle and an alien Cow/Mushroom invasion event. It's a damned shame there are never any vehicles flying around the game to give vehicles and flying characters something to do way up in the air. I live three miles from an airport and see more air traffic in a day than CO has seen since vehicles were introduced.

Some of the Gadroon designs already in game are really cool.

Revampo the gadroon open missions with flying saucers, earth based cannons for non flying characters (or until hoverdiscs) and add it as a rare drop.

I like this idea. Much better than all of the Attack of Purple invasions we get now. Cow tipping quest is mandatory.

Yeah, the Gadroon ship models would be good to have. I want to see Reign of Frogs updated anyway. Rebuild the spaceship (which is currently invulnerable) as a Legendary, be cheap and give it vehicle attacks. Honestly, you could probably do a decent boss that way:
Spammable attack: something
Special Attack 1: Singularity Bomb (possibly increased size, though SB is already pretty big)
Special Attack 2: Gravity Pulse (120' radius).
Special Attack 3: Containment Field (possibly in an area)
Special Attack 4 (only below 2/3): Spaceships activates Advanced Hyperkinetic Dampening System and releases Medic Drones; drones need to be shot down before they do too much healing...

Toss in a bunch of Gadroon spawn, and add a means for ground-based melee characters to actually involve themselves in the fight (temporary flight disks or something), and you've got a decent basic boss fight.

A classic flying saucer would be great.

But what would it be?

Hawkwing? VTOL? Chariot? Tank? Cycle? Car? Exocet?

I would think hawkwing or VTOL would make the most sense.

I want a cassic glass dome topped flying saucer... And it MUST show the character piloting it... I'd LOVE to gt my hands on something like that for a couple of my characters...

I think that they could offer multiple versions.

You know? Drifter store, C-store, lockbox, maybe an event purchase or three. Even the UNTIL or SCR/GCR store.
Anyway, included in the variations could be a transparent dome on some and an opaque dome on others in addition to the other cosmetic differences.

I worry that if all saucers showed characters that there could be issues.
One of my characters is quite large, for example. If his saucer had a transparent bubble then he may end up sticking out of it and the whole thing could look bad.
A saucer with an opaque bubble wouldn't consider the character at all so any size would fit.

Give us a mix both and each player could choose for themselves.
