Looks okay for a SN tank. I'd prob take R2 of DE- since that boosts its dmg and threat more, while still boosting its healing (just not as much, so it'd depend on how much ya think ya need the extra healing). The dmg from the build isn't going to be as high w/ those spec choices, though DE is still a maintain w/ good base dps- so threat should be okay usually.

You have 3 diff AoEs, when Epidemic alone is strong enough, so I'd prob free up some power slots there. Also, ranking Defiance is generally a waste.
