hello, in old blacklist aggrieved is listed has known hacker? or did he got a pass

he is pretty much hacker, doing things liek one shot kills or misleading peopel with HRV but you clearly see he his aware of all spectrum, i recorded two matchs and it is pretty obvious

i tought new patch the hackers would be gone
