    I don't know if this section of the forum is the right place but I think it's close - I think. At any rate, earlier this morning (8/22/2015 about 8 am Pacific) I was wondering through Epic Craigmire Crypts when everything pretty much went blank and sent me to my character list. The problem was that I no longer had a character list. All 5 of my characters are now completely gone, empty as if I had just signed up.

    Is there anything to getting my characters back at all?

      This is my personal wall so it technically isn't even on the forums, haha.

      Well first things first the game was down at the time you posted this so I am inclined to believe that may be the issue you encountered or it may have been related.

      If not, though, you will have to contact customer service by clicking support at the top of the page or by sending an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com via the e-mail tied to your account. :)

      Forum staff have no control over game accounts. Lost items or characters are support's jurisdiction.
