Arc Gift not being sent

in Royal Quest
The official announcement said "until May 20". "Until" means we can still get it on the 20th itself.

Created 3 characters but none received any gifts in the mailbox. Logged-in via the arc client itself.

Any help or assistance please?

    I think they meant that it ended at May 20th at midnight, but just a guess

    I didn't get new player gifts either. It's such a scam to play a crappy game.

    "Until" means "up to", so re-wording it: "This promotion is only available up to May 20, so get it while it's hot!"

    They need a copywriter :p hehe.

    Too bad, this game piqued my interest and I'm planning on posting a review of it.

    yeah I've downloaded and started to play on may 20th also and have not received any gifts either. And Arc support won't load to file a ticket.

    I download and made a character May 19th and I haven't recived any gift yet

    Have you checked your in-game Mailbox?
    If you didn't find your gifts there, please, submit a ticket to our Support (http://us.royalquest.com/support/).

    yes I checked the mail box ingame and my e-mail, even on website to see it there was a code to apply.. ok I will contact the support. Thanks
