Install Trouble

in Royal Quest
Yesterday I downloaded and installed the game then launched and played a few minutes. Today when I Logged into arc and wanted to play the game was not there. Instead of the "PLAY" button I had the "INSTALL". I downloaded and installed the game again and the "PLAY" button apeared as it should. I hit the play button but nothing happended and then again the game dissappeared and I only had the "INSTALL" button again.

Am I the only one with this problem? I don`t want to keep downloading as it uses my monthly data usage allotment.

Any ideas what could be wrong My computer is good enough to run this game. I have at least five other arc installed and running with no trouble at all.

    The problem is solved. It seems the trouble was I said no when asked to add rules to the firewall.
