Anybody else have language change to Russian after today's update?

I just logged in via ARC and downloaded a new update. After loading the display language is Russian, or at least it's displayong in Cyrillic text. Is anybody else having the same problem and how do I report the issue to support?

    on the login top right hand corner theres the language option.
