I bought K-Ching but it does not show up in the store, how do I claim it?

Hi there,

As per the question, I bought 9.99 EUR's worth of K-Ching. Got notified via SMS that there was a bank charge on my account, but there's no K-Ching loaded in the store so I can't buy anything. Could anyone let me know how to get hold of what I just bought?

    Did you do the transfer from "My Wallet" to your character?

  • In my walltet, it shows I must select a game first in the drop down.
    Elsword is not in the list of games to select so I have no way of transferring the funds to my character.

    but if I look at my transaction history:

    Can you tell me where exactly my zen went? Because I can't find it anywhere.
  • Well it looks like support is non-existent since I can't even access the support url. I always get an error. I don't see the zen/k-ching or whatever I paid for anywhere, so I'm considering rather doing a Paypal reversal and explain that I did not get the product I paid for apparently. What do you think I should do? Either way if in the next 4 hours I can't get through to support or get the zen/k-ching, I'm going to ask Paypal to just reverse the charges with the reason: did not recieve product/services paid for.

    I'm checking out the links now. I paid on the 6 March and still never recieved the 1100 k-ching. I'm going to try one more time and then rather just get my money back...they can keep the k-ching.
    Thanks for your assistance, you've done everything you could and I appreciate your advice, but no k-ching means I'm getting my money back. But I will try to log a ticket one last time before taking that action.
