Suggestion for a new type of points system

Hi guys, my friends and family are discussing this a bit and we recommend that maybe the game points system for PVE could change a little. What we could do is to give a combine team score instead of the current personal score system.
1. It helps for everyone to just get a basic combine team score instead of personal scoring because everyone in the team is trying to help each other. This would help people get into the game and not get worried about over performing or under-performing.
Hope the devs see this and could do something about it. If you agree with me, please talk about more about your game experience and know that this is a better way to do things, thanks.
