BLR Forum missing a year of posts, same name on all older posts

Umm... where do I start?
So I just hopped onto the BLR forums to see what's being talked about (not much yet). I noticed that there weren't any posts showing after August 2014. Also, all older posts are posted by the same person - double0siete.
Is this just a placeholder, meaning that BLR hasn't been fully migrated? Or was there an issue encountered during migration that forced everything to be done that way?
EDIT: Talked to someone at PWE, apparently it's still being worked on.
